Main Purpose of the Role:
As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility is to develop and execute sales plans to meet assigned targets and business objectives. You will establish and maintain relationships with key customers and partners, identify opportunities, and negotiate and close sales contracts.
Responsibilities:
Cultivate and expand relationships with existing key customers. Devise and implement sales strategies meticulously to achieve set targets and advance business objectives effectively.
Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in assigned accounts, fostering trust and collaboration.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential and existing customers, ensuring engagement and understanding.
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
Prepare proposals and quotations for potential customers with meticulous attention to detail and alignment with their needs.
Negotiate and close sales contracts with customers, employing effective negotiation strategies to secure favourable outcomes.
Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take proactive action to address any issues, maintaining high standards of service excellence.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Proficiency in English is essential, along with fluency in at least one of the following languages: a Baltic language, French, Spanish, Italian, German, or Russian.
3+ years of demonstrated commercial experience in management, business development, and/or sales.
Extensive experience in managing, maintaining, and acquiring new business across a diverse range of account sizes. Proven ability to nurture client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and drive revenue by developing tailored strategies for both small and large accounts.
