With colleagues hailing from the Phillipines to Germany and from Ukraine to Colombia - our sales team is quite international to say the least. Relentless, full of energy and not afraid to do things differently; the team embodies the characteristics of a a scale-up company like TRAVIS.
We are proud that our TRAVIS platform, with 1800+ bookable service locations, is being used by Europe’s biggest transport companies and millions of truck-drivers throughout Europe. But, we need you to bring this to the next level.
This means a broad scope to make an impact on. We need you to boost our brand awareness towards huge transportation companies, strategic partners and service locations. Besides that, we are building a fully automated self-service customer journey we need your input on! This means that you’ll be working across different areas of the marketing spectrum to help our sales teams onboard and activate more customers and make sure we retain the customers we have.
You are there to create the most successful online campaigns, but also pitch your creative ideas for offline initiatives and events. The sky is really the limit. We need you to not be afraid to try new things, see the results from your work and optimize where needed.
If you have the interest of also managing budgets and offer strategic guidance towards the marketing team and the leadership team, the road to a lead role is there!
We are looking for someone who wants to grow as fast as us. Despite the fact that everyone has their own responsibilities and goals, we work together as a team: we share best practices, optimize the marketing campaigns together and above all: we keep each other sharp and we support each other!
Come up with, pitch, and execute creative initiatives to attract and activate our customers, road service partners and strategic partners;
Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns (e.g. social media advertising, SEA, retargeting)
Support our team in creating the right content for your campaigns;
Create, monitor and report on marketing automation flows (we are in the process of
switching to Hubspot);
Explore and test new marketing techniques and tools;
Help create sales materials;
Organize events across our target markets
Must haves
At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing;
Experience in managing Google Analytics
Experience in B2B Marketing;
Fluency in Dutch and professional level of English;
Out of the box mindset, you are ready to broaden your role;
Organized personality with attention to detail;
Organizational sensitivity and the ability to adapt to new situations;
Outgoing, can-do attitude that motivates and inspires others around you.
Experience in SaaS companies;
The ambition to grow towards a lead role;
Experience in Hubspot;
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva
