About you
With a background of +3 years in strategic sales and/or marketing, you know how to build and scale both direct and indirect revenue channels. You have experience in business development, growth, product management, commercial strategy, GTM plans.
This job allows you to combine and further expand your knowledge on above aspects for our SME and driver channels. Having experience in logistics is considered valuable but not required.

TRAVIS has multiple revenue channels that bring us transactions and thus revenue: a “managed” one (direct sales to clients), an “unmanaged" one (re-sell via 3rd parties) and two hybrid ones: to drivers and SME companies. In these channels, we use a combination of automated and manual efforts to source new customers, activate them and up/cross-sell to them.
Our mobile app allows drivers to find truck services throughout Europe on our map and book them or go there and pay on the spot.
Our TRAVIS dashboard does the same, but for logistics planners operating from an organized client account. As both channels grow fast, our ambitions grow too. That’s why we look for a dedicated person to manage and further optimize these channels. In this role, you work closely with and directly report to our head of sales & marketing.
Your responsibilities:
Reach revenue and transaction goals for our driver & SME channel per Y/Q/M.
Create a product, commercial and operational roadmap per Y/Q/M.
Work with development (partners) to further develop our driver app.
Manage and optimize the customer journey both internally (CRM) and for the customer (UX/UI-wise) on both channels but mainly the driver app.
Product marketing: use automations, in-product messaging and email marketing to win, onboard and up/cross-sell to our different audiences.
Increase our understanding of customers in both channels by increasing qualitative and quantitative data insights in our CRM.
Manage marketing budgets for both on- and offline promotion of the channels.
Identify and exhibit at important industry events and fairs to increase brand awareness towards these audiences.
Work with our content marketer on audience engagement (content) strategies such as webinars and in-platform content.
Work with our strategic partner team to further leverage and increase affiliate marketing through industry partners.
Work with our partner team to leverage partner locations in activating drivers and increasing TRAVIS visibility.
Ideal skills you possess for this role:
Required: +3 years experience in similar roles (which may be more junior)

Strategic thinking: you are able to identify and connect customer needs and business goals into clear strategies.
Structure: besides your creativity, you work in a structured method.
