Requirements

To be an ideal candidate for our internship program, we are seeking individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field with a focus on gaining practical experience for a period of 6 to 12 months

• Taking personal responsibility for projects, spending at least half your time on candidate sourcing

• A people person with a results-oriented and detail-oriented mindset, possessing excellent organizational and communication skills

• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and LinkedIn

• Proficient in English; knowledge of another EU languague is a plus
