Main Purpose of the role:
As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a vital role in delivering technical support to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring they can effectively utilize our application and seamlessly implement our APIs. You will work closely with users to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Your role involves acting as a bridge between stakeholders and the technical team, analyzing recurring issues to propose system enhancements. You will guide users in integrating our APIs into their workflows, ensuring smooth adoption and optimal performance. Additionally, you will contribute to documentation, training, and the continuous improvement of support processes to enhance the user experience.
Ultimately, your work will have a significant impact on improving stakeholder productivity and satisfaction by ensuring the reliability and usability of our technology solutions.

Serve as initial point of contact for strategic partners and internal departments
Respond to inquiries and troubleshoot issues
Documenting and tracking issues
Diagnose and resolve technical bugs and issues
Collaborating with the development team to address larger, more complex problems effectively.
Creating detailed bug reports, including steps to reproduce and suggested fixes.
Assisting strategic partners with API integration to ensure smooth onboarding and usage.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT, including at least 1 year of hands-on expertise in PHP and SQL.
Proficient in using ticketing systems like JIRA to manage tasks and workflows effectively.
Strong command of English, both spoken and written, to communicate clearly and professionally.

Proven ability to simplify and explain technical concepts to non-technical users, ensuring understanding and effective collaboration.
