Content, employer branding and partially product & strategic partner marketing are currently covered. Collaboration, ownership, and initiative play an important role within the team, giving members the opportunity to shape projects, improve processes and contribute directly to the future growth of TRAVIS.
About the role
Depending on your experience (min. 3 years) and ambitions, responsibilities (can) include multiple aspects of below. Some are set for this role, others are optional:

Website management & development: you further tailor and optimize our online presence for our 3 target audiences: transport companies, drivers and service partners.
Go to market strategies & launches: you draft strategies and execute communication for both internal and external launches. These can range from commercial and product launches to country expansions and strategic collaborations with 3rd parties.
Cross-product segment building and up/cross-sell: we have many target groups and thousands of users on both customer and partner side. We want to further enrich, qualify and segment them for better onboardings, increased up/cross-sell and user experience. This can happen via platform pop-ups, emails, Hubspot queries and many more.

Coordination of point of sales material distribution: you coordinate and further optimize the process of design, production & shipment of materials to (mainly) service partners.
Optional responsibilities
Event marketing: you are in the lead when it comes to organizing our presence at fairs and industry events. This includes the project management, budget allocation and arranging on-site requirements. You do not have to "create" yourself, but rather oversee the whole project.
CRM Marketing: you standardize and optimize the way our teams work with and leverage Hubspot. This is considered a plus.
Strategic partner collaborations: you draft and execute strategies with and for strategic industry partners we work with such as fuelcards, transport management systems, equipment manufacturers, visibility tools and others.
Online marketing: you maintain and optimize ads spent together with our content marketeer
About the soft and hard skills we are looking for
Language skills: fluent in English. Other language skills are a plus.
Experience: 3+ years and hands-on working experience in several marketing disciplines.
Seniority: beyond executing your own work flawlessly, you identify and propose how to do things smarter, cheaper or faster: doing things at scale.
Way of working: you work in a structured manner so that you can oversee progress, report back to management and mentor more junior team members where needed.
Interpersonal skills and situational awareness; this should come natural to you and we love to see this both externally towards partners as well as internally with colleagues.
Go-to-market strategies & launches: having some experience in opening markets, industries and/or executing bigger launches will be vital in this job.
Solution-oriented: regardless of working with internal or external stakeholders, you look at what you and we can do rather than what we cannot do.
About your growth path
We do not expect you to know everything but we are looking for someone that wants to know everything. The more you put in, the more we give back. There is a lot of space for personal development within TRAVIS and our management team actively supports your growth.

Twice a year we check in on your progress and make sure we have tangible projects, tasks and interactions in the company to evaluate your growth and mentor you along the way.
