Main Purpose of the role: 

As a Senior Software Engineer with Travis, you actively participate in the design, development, testing, presentation, documentation, and maintenance of the TRAVIS application. You also lead technical initiatives and architecture decisions. 

Responsibilities: 

• Assume responsibility for maintaining the stability and security of the application 

• Provide support for the TRAVIS application and to all departments using it 

• Mentor junior/medior developers to build their skills and knowledge 

• Co-design the architecture  

• Create new features and make our platform future proof 

• Improve our applications by designing, developing, testing, and maintaining the software 

Requirements 

• 5+ years (minimum 5y PHP) 

• Proficient in PHP, SQL, Symfony, Docker, Composer, CI/CD, Linux, and Git. 

• Minimum of a Bachelor degree, with strong analytical and practical skills. 

• Know about and champion Agile/Scrum and test-driven development 

• Are fluent in English (both spoken and written).
